My daughter ordered a lemon cake for myself and a chocolate cake for my brother to celebrate our 60 year twin Birthday. That was the best cake I have ever eaten!!!! It was beautifully made!!!! My cake was lemon layered and had a beautiful edible flower on top of the icing. The icing was very light and delicious. I want to thank you for making our Birthday so memorable. Used to be the best bakery in town... Not anymore. Extremely disappointed with the quality and appearance of my most recent cake. Whoever made/decorated it was amateur at best. The decorations were sloppy and the frosting uneven. I'm guessing whoever made it has never done ganache before. It was just goo, completely unset and not smooth at all.
