Super salty. We had the southern hash, a Benedict, and a biscuit. All were really, really, salty almost to the point of inedible. We joked that we half expected the coffee to be too salty. The southern hash sausage did have some spice to it, which was really nice but was otherwise quite bland (except the salt). Benedict was fine but salty.
