the kitchen seems to be underoccupied and the administration lacks what they must have on camp to serve their customers. each beer on the menu was either out or had only 1 bottle left and that was after 3 beers were taken on our table and frozen, so not drinkable. they also ran out of otopus, so for the hauptpulpto a la plancha, they had to make substitutions. the plates came to a time with long splits that pulls out...
