Very small bakery by OHSU with friendly people. I thought the meat empanada was probably great fresh and hot but they are premade and in the cold case overnight. Then heated in the microwave. So warm and soggy instead of hot and flaky. They have a butter cake that is BUTTER!! I really liked that.
