This is becoming an annual pilgrimage as part of our family Christmas trips to western districts Victoria. Per last year, couldn't be happier. Friendly staff and really fresh tasty fish and chips. Having read previous reviews we went to Big O expecting really nice fish and chips. The greeting we received was terrific and we happily waited for our order. On getting back to our caravan we opened the parcel and found very ordinary chips that did not seem fresh and flake that seemed to be of the frozen variety. Thumbs up to the service and thumbs down to the food. View all feedback.
