I have only been angered twice in my life by a dining experience. Once was on a Delta flight where expectations are of course low and then again the other night at le Table d’Andre. I had brochettes of lamb that were simply unchewable and raw. That came with a side dish of pasta, just some spaghetti undressed, unsauced…just pasta boiled drained and served.
