I have come here twice and had the same terrible experience. Ordered just a simple drip and it was cold. The first visit they heated the drip up with the steam wand as if that was a common issue (Very unsanitary and still stale). Swore it off for two years, came back to give it another chance: Cold drip again. They offered to heat it up with the steam wand or wait for a new batch to brew. I asked for an americano ins...
