This was my first Red Robin experience! Absolutely delicious! But first the customer service, Felipe was a pleasure and simply appealing personality and recommendations on the menu. Burgers were good, but the garlic fries were not a splendour. No garlic just a tiny sprinkle of Parmigiano cheese. There were also paper on the ice cream (Mudpie) layer that was not removed before the mandarin oranges were served sour/off tasting. We reported this to our server the food-supply girl, but were not offered replacements or refunded for the articles. No manager came to correct the situation? View all feedback.
