Wendy's - Powell

So far, the average rating is just 2.4, so one has to assume that the Wendy's is not among the best restaurants of its current guests.

What Saad Bouhajra likes about Wendy's:
I went to the Powell Rd location and I was sincerely impressed with the quality of service and the food. Not only did my food come out hot and fresh but the manager (I believe his name was JW) was so nice and accommodating when I had issues with my app and rewards. Will definitely be back whenever I need my spicy nugget fix! View all feedback.

What India Factor doesn't like about Wendy's:
Don’t go here!! Placed an online order pulled up to the window their computer systems were down. I pull up to the window they refused to look at my phone showing it was paid for and what the order was. I couldn’t sit around and wait forever. I had to leave… $9 wasted. I called the store she tells me she was walking out as I was pulling out…. Wendy’s you got me… but I am done with the for good. View all feedback.
