We stopped in at Goldie's on our way to the Neal Smith Wildlife Refuge. My husband is a big fan of Iowa pork tenderloin sandwiches and Goldies was voted the best in Iowa a few years ago. I tried Goldie with my son while we were sitting with my mother out of town. It looked like there was very little room to eat in the interior. It took a while before someone addressed us and there were two people working in front to help a customer with a few kids. I just wish someone at least said they were with us in a moment.
