Went here over the Forth if July weekend. Food was incredible! Had a sampler platter with all the meats and everything was delicious. Tried many of the sauces and loved that too. We love to bbq and smoke meat ourselves so it is rare that we find a restaurant that has done their meat to our liking. Colt Grill knocked it out of the park! Will be back next trip up north.
