i have been eating at the Hart wheel for 20 plus years and have ordered the cutlets at least 50 times (no lie) with homemade mashed potato's and veg and not once were they disappointing (the gravy is very good as well) have also enjoyed the cab-over burger (loaded) and the halibut burger, the Chinese food used to be just so so but is now very good, the only negative is that the fries literally stick to your ribs but... Good price for a buffet $12.95. 4 piece dinner specials also about $13 and probably more food than most would eat at a sitting. When we arrived, most trays were mostly empty;however, they made fresh and added it knowing 4 of us were having buffet.
