Due to mobility issues for one of my parents, we had to get takeout instead of dining in. It was my mom's birthday and she really wanted to have some good seafood so we placed our orders online. Not only was a 15% service charge automatically added to our bill, it didn't come with any utensils and we had to go inside the restaurant to pick up our order even though we notified them online that we were parked right out...
