Got a really bad container of no chicken friend pieces of batter along with tasteless fried rice. Took one bite and asked for a refund and they denied it. I let them keep my money, as its what they obviously wanted, not customer service/satisfaction, and now I go on to let everyone know this place is not a place to eat at Providence Place....could have given me my 10 bucks back guy at the register.
