We unexpectedly went here after another restaurant had a long wait and we were very pleasantly surprised. No wait here for lunch on a Monday. Unfortunately their vegan options were limited but I was very pleased with the (forget the name, sorry) vegan ramen noodle option I chose! Not impressed. There are hints and odes to Japanese culture left and right, however, after multiple visits it fails to capture that spirit. The Ramen is OK at best, and the rest of the cuisine is not as memorable. Almost got the vibes of a Japanese/Western fusion restaurant, and that is only a detriment.
