An excellent Quebec traditional brunch. Choice of cold cuts, followed by a hazelnut cream fresh/ goat cheese/grape gel plate. Then a mushroom with eggshell is our fourth course a salmon cake. The dessert was a squash cake. All paired with wonderfully cleaned coffee. The staff is very kind to explain the dishes in our brunch in detail.
