I've come to this Norman for 3 years I'm a regular customer and I see more and more wolves at every visit but I come back anyway except today at my last bite I found two hairs on my plate. The waitress has nothing to do with it, it's excused but I think that when mistakes are made, you have to make a commercial gesture on the bill. I don't know, but I'm disappointed. The food was quite subpar, and the service left something to be desired.
