The biscotti, without a doubt, are first rate. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of their customer service. I’ve had a couple problems with orders either not being filled as requested or not packed as requested. The owner as much as called me a liar, telling me I did not type in my request properly…three times! To top it off, the chocolate on 2 different flavors was partially melted this time. read more.
