Didn’t think a chain could produce such a great product. Well shame on me! Visited City bbq in Raleigh NC and had a great dinner. LoLo’s pulled pork sandwich was juicy tender and OMG flavorful. I just want to say we like City BBQ and our kids love it but we went last friday night and got the judges sampler again which has a few different meats, ribs, pulled pork and brisket. That night the brisket was very dry and the pork could of been more moist but was fine mostly. I really felt the brisket was so dry we should of sent it back but didn't.
