I recently talked to Kelly Hunter (H.R. Admin) about being double charged at their Carolina Ale House White Oak location. She was rude and dismissive. She also reassured me that this happens all the time. Did not seem concerned that their vendor (BB&T Merchant Services) steals their customers money.
