I had a very bad experience on a Wednesday night at Sassool. After waiting close to 25 mins for a Schwarma sandwich I was told that the meal was never made and it would be longer to wait. I asked for my money back. The cashier got Tyler, the manager to refund my money. He didn't apologize and was unbelievably rude.
