This is one of my favourite places in Caversham. In the morning they serve great breakfasts, with a family friendly environment. Historically food has always been good at the Alto Lounge. A number of items not available and when food arrived not to the usual standard. Burger was small not even 4oz let alone the 6oz on the menu. Brioche bun replaced with what looked like a cheap sliced Warburtons one and not even going to say what the coleslaw was like. Very rarely complain but requested a refund and left it was that bad. read more.
