I went there to get a roast for Christmas eve..1st time there..it was December 22nd. I advised the butcher that i wasnt cooking it till December 24th and asked if it would be ok in the refrigerator. He said it would be. As he took the roast out i noticed the ends were brown. He said its fine we cut all that off. Well it wasnt fine.
