I was a little nervous about coming here. We couldn’t get a taxi/Uber/Lyft to downtown so ‘settled’ for a more local restaurant. I’m pretty picky about food and had eaten a ‘so-so’ meal at a steak restaurant nearby the previous night but this meal was delicious. We had sizzling beef, Singapore Mei Fun, and sui mai dim sum. What ora mash doesn't like about Golden Star Chinese Food:
Horrible service. The second the server realized I was ordering take out, she was annoyed and impatient with me. I used to be a server so I would've left a 20% tip (for take out) had she not been so rude to me.I ordered 3 main dishes and an appetizer, received 3 packets of soy sauce and was told I had to pay if I wanted more.The food wasn't bad but I wasn't really impressed.Will never got back and would definitely no... The restaurant also takes the common credit cards, And into the accessible rooms also come customers with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.
