I love you. They are so polite at this stand and waiting is quite short, even if both lanes are full. Your employees work HARD. You have a runner who takes orders that move the line quite fast. I watched them all ignore my daughter for almost 20 minutes while she stood at the walk up window as they all took turns looking at her. Not even a hi or sorry we will be right with you. And then we ordered a blended rebel with soft top, we got an iced rebel with no top. New workers need to be trained right, just because you have 5 people working doesn't mean it will make for a better work shift for customers. View all feedback.
