Make a reservation specifically for “outside” otherwise they will expect you to sit inside. The inside was excessively warm, as if there were no open windows. The cooking staff sat in the small (maximum table) outside eating area to smoke. There is no cross...breeze so anybody smoking turns the courtyard into a smoke box.
