We went through drivethrew. It was quite hard to understand the person speaking. We had to repeat our order multiple times. We emphasised to have the bagel well toasted, by mentionning it 3 times. The bagel arrived with no tosting at all, so we asked if we could have it toasted. They than burned the edges of a new baggel sent it back with no butter, just burnt. My goodness.
