I have rarely experienced such incredibly rude service. The hotel was hosting an event and the staff was so completely overwhelmed and disorganized that they sometimes treated the participants in a blatantly unprofessional manner. Sorry, even if you gave ME money, I wouldn't come here anymore I used to work in service myself and that's just the bottom drawer of what they offered. Would give 0 stars if I could, awesom...
