Called because item missing from a regular order…and when upi say regular I’m talking at least 11 years! I was polite etc but then a rude lady took over the phone blantly told me she wasn’t interested in customer service etc, was very rude despite the fact we order £40 worth each order, I tried to explain I worked in customer service and it was abouts listening to customers…….I was told to shut up!
