It was a quiet Monday and we went for pre dinner drinks, service was slow, despite a lack of any other customers.. but we were not in a hurry. The problem was an absence of change. They were unable to make change for a €20 note for a €13 bill... we ended up leaving a large tip which was not deserved.. there are a lot of bars in Reims go here if you want to be ripped off..
