Several visits to this bagel shop and it really is hit or miss (mostly miss) Staff are not friendly and not to eager to please. Served cold, stale potato wedges and had to ask twice before they would replace them (under much duress, I might add). The server was then seen serving my cold food to another client! Shocking.
