First and last visit here. If you are not Latin, they will ignore you. When trying to place an order the girl at the counter found it more interesting to clean something off her shirt and I stood there for several minutes waiting for her to notice me.A small ceviche tostada lunch order took 20 minutes to get to me and it sat on the counter for 10 of those minutes.
