I don't think there's something real about kubustofu in rammen, but I was very happy with my tasteful and filling fog-rays. I've only been here once, so take it as a traveler's view. The spicy creamy tofu vegan ramen was not spicy at all (I also requested extra spice), but it was still tasty. The tofu is the real tragedy here. It was like tofu prepared by someone who just doesn't like tofu. Cold, soft, flavorless blocks dropped in to ruin an otherwise ok ramen.
