I have visited Retz and I totally felt in love with that beautiful city. The restaurant is located in a glazed building surrounded by a nice white windmill and grapes plantation. I have ordered plate of meat and sausage (with pumpkin seeds). Both dishes was served with mustard, grated horseradish (delicious!) and little basked with crusty bread.
