The menu marks items that have gluten, but doesn’t mark what is fried in a shared fryer. It doesn’t indicate dairy. We had a few tapas-style dishes. They were good, but I’m pretty sure I got glutened. I also made sure to tell them I had a dairy intolerance, and a dish came with Parmesan shavings on top.
