Wir haben am 11.06.17 unsere Bestellung telefonisch durchgegeben und sollten nach einer Stunde zur Abholung kommen. Vor Ort angekommen mussten wir noch einmal 15 Minuten warten.....geht gar nicht!!!!!!Beim Auspacken Zuhause stellten wir fest, dass der Salat beim Schnitzelmenü fehlte, die Pommes hart waren und mein Rumpsteak knorpelig und durchgebrannt war.
