The worker (owner? was VERY presumptuous to take $46 in cash for a $24 bill and keep the change for a tip. His hand was quick to grab the money and the bill without us seeing it. My husband called him on it. He said he thought it was a tip. The broasted chicken was delicious but not worth a $20 tip. When we were giving him a $5 tip he tried also to take another $10 bill.
