2 people in front of me l went to the counter for service 2 people serving behind the counter, all l wanted were 2 ice creams they were messing about and talking to l assume friends stood near the counter. My order was taken with a you only want ice cream!!! Then l had to wait for someone to come from the back to serve the ice cream. The only thing that was fast was me leaving. Absolute shambles, 15 minute wait for food after ordering at till, asked how long would he was treated by a rude young boy. Loads of arguing and bickering heard from the back of the store, and the food was awful. I’d be clucking mad if I returned.
