we had a reservation. we never were seated, we left after 45 min. they have a backwards system. they took who ever was more angry about waiting. they wrote your name on a piece of paper and didnt matter if you had a reservation. Manager looked lost. kept saying, just wait a while, HOW long is a WHILE?? Very disappointed since we go there often but this day was horrible. View all feedback.
