I literally watched her serve several customers at the bar while she was on the phone with IT for point of sale at the same time. had in august a terrible experience in broad st. hooters in richmond virginia. they have made our orders wrong. then overloaded us. our side order of cheese for the frits was less than half full. to round it I had never seen such small wings at hootern as the owner requested and filled the formula on their website. 4 weeks later, no answer.
