I've been working down the street from Krispy Kreme for 8 months and have seen the hot light on maybe twice at most. In the mornings I drive by between 6:30-7:00am and the light is never on nor is it on during my lunch break or drive home. I check the app quite frequently and can never catch the hot light on.
