Arrived with a large group at 7:30 PM Saturday night, we had called ahead for a reservation. We were a party of 12. After being seated, it took 1 1/2 hours to place our food and drink order. Food finally came out at about 9:25 PM, two hours after we arrived. The service staff and kitchen were clearly unprepared to handle the business.
