I had dinner there for the first time last night, and as a Chicagoer it was definitely great to finally have a little piece at home to Houston. My only feedback about the Rosati Deep Dish is that the crust lacked butter taste and chewiness. We order 3 Deep Dish and 2 Pan Pizza cakes and our deep dish crust tasted like a hard cracker.
