This is our go to dim sum place. What we like is being able to get a table without wait on weekends before 10am. Dim sum quality is good and pretty speedy. Service is attentive, they have staff actively monitoring and serving a section, so you don't have to flag someone down for tea or mustard, etc. You can also ask for a 10% off discount paying with cash.We have also come here twice this month for dinner. What Grace L doesn't like about Ho Yuen:
The short ribs are cooked too old, unable to bite, the squid's are not the proper taste. Had to call back the manager to offer to try. Eventually it was waved but there was no discount with payment.
