Great food. Made like your mom would cook it. I've tried a few and due to their low salt mission I just add more if my taste prefers. I don't know about frozen. It is delivered fresh and refrigerated. You have to put it in your freezer to get it frozen, which you can do !! Get a couple and freeze the for the future to heat and serve. I like chicken Marsala and the Thai chicken is really good. Oh and the quiche View all feedback.

We tried their service for two weeks and discontinued service. The food was not as good as we are used to cooking ourselves. Also everything comes frozen and that just wasn't for us. Our main complaint with this company is they will not remove us from email list. We have moved out of area and still get regular emails from them.
