We walked in without a booking and were welcomed to our table. We chose one portion of meat fondue (bourguignonne) and some reclette fondue. It all came beautifully presented, with additional cold cuts, salad, new potatoes and proper Belgian chips. It was quite an experience to cook our own meat in the boiling oil.
