So I just came home from the Billy Joel/Chicago Tribute band shows. Apparently the whole staff called out tonight. Despite this, everyone was served food and drinks very efficiently (with only volunteers working), everything was delicious, everyone was so friendly. Long rectangular bar inside. My experience with the the bartender was, she was slooowwww. It wasn 't even busy yet. Not happy hour and not quite prime time band time.
