This is an interesting hotel tucked back off the road with unique rooms. The woodwork, and layout of this hotel is striking. It is right next to the Rock River with Love Park on the other bank, and if you are lucky, you will catch the cute little train come down the track. View all feedback.

Absolute WORST customer service ever. Before we even got to the desk to get checked in the lady started questioning us on our things. Didn’t even say hello or anything. She was soo rude. I simply asked her for her name because she didn’t introduce herself and she asked if I wanted to speak to her manager. So very confrontational for NO reason.
