I loved Peter Chang since I was introduced to his restaurant in Richmond in 2011. I was in all his restaurants in the Maryland (Rockville and Bethesda) and Fairfax area. Nice decor. Good location. Clean. The best part of the meal was the service and the appetizers. This is a borderline 4 star restaurant due to the appetizers but there were too many things off to earn 4. The crispy pork belly and fried eggplant are delicious. They are mouthwatering goodness.
