We made a purchase last Friday of 1lb of brisket, pulled pork, and ribs, the pork had a pretty good flavor but heavy on the smoke and dry, the brisket was also dry and tough as beef jerkey, the ribs had a good flavor, and easily pulled away from the bone, unfortunately they didn't remove the membrane, they need to do some improvements on their food quality, the potential is there they just need some work.
